Hours of work: 24 hours per week (worked on a rota basis, which will include some weekends and Public Holidays)
Annual salary: £11,074.00 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team which provides high quality, safe and creative soft play sessions and parties to customers at YMCA Wimbledon. The Pod2 provides fun soft play for active under 8s and is available for play sessions, private hire and children’s parties. We are looking for someone who can: develop good relationships with users of The Pod2; facilitate and host children’s parties; assist in the publicity, promotion and delivery of soft play and children’s parties; ensure the soft play area is safe, clean, and ready for customers; provide an experience for users of The Pod2 that is of a high standard, with exceptional customer service and ensuring the soft play structure meets all safety standards and daily risk assessments are carried out.
It is essential that candidates have knowledge of: soft play operation; facilitating activities for children with additional needs; worked with children and families in a professional setting and experience of leading play sessions with children. Candidates are required to have good planning and organisational skills in order to manage a busy and varied workload. Holding a First Aid or Food Hygiene Certificate would be desirable.
This role is subject to safeguarding checks including a DBS check in line with YMCA LSW procedures. YMCA LSW is a Christian organisation and as an employee, you will be required to respect the Christian ethos of the YMCA and uphold its values.
