Based at: Corporate Office, Surbiton
Hours of Work: 15 hours per week, worked office hours, Wednesday to Friday, with occasional hours outside these hours
Annual salary: £22,380 per annum, pro-rata for 15 hours (pay award pending)

We are seeking a Children’s Work Administrator to support our Children’s Work Department, operating at sites across the Association. The post holder will have overall management of the use of the Association’s Membership and Payment software within the Department (currently Gladstone Plus2), and booking administration for Children’s Work services, including collection of income. They will also be a “Champion” of the Plus2 software; training other staff in the Department on its use; be involved in developing centralised booking and registration systems; produce reports and performance indicator projections; liaise with the Finance Department on invoicing and payments for work completed by the Children’s Work Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience of children’s work and administration; full understanding of safeguarding and data protection policies and processes; good knowledge of the Children’s Work activities offered by YMCA LSW. Candidates should also be able to: use a variety of IT systems proficiently; deliver training to staff; motivate staff to achieve desired outcomes; provide excellent customer service; produce reports and present work analytically. The post holder will be expected to regularly travel to and work at all Children’s Work sites across the Association.
