Location: YMCA Surbiton
Hours of Work: 16 hours per week. 2 Shift per week. Early shift 7.00am–3.00pm or late shift 1.30pm–9.30pm
Hourly Salary: £8.55 per hour

We are seeing a confident individual to join our front of house team to provide a warm welcome and information point to all our residents, guests, members as well as to any telephone and email enquirers to the Association. You will be part of the friendly reception team, resolving any queries or complaints which may arise and providing information on the services/facilities we offer, welcoming members of the public arriving at the centre and to ideally have had previous experience in a customer facing role. In addition you will have the ability to maintain accurate receipting/accounting, operate the switchboard, undertake bookings and ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
The ideal candidate must have experience of providing a professional level of customer service, have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and to have worked in an environment providing a service to the public.
